The provided fields allow you to enter the following measurements: weight, height, neck, shoulders, biceps, forearms, wrist, chest, waist, abdomen, hips, thighs, calves.
Buttons in the left column show the latest input. Tap them to enter new data.
Six custom fields allow you to track anything else.
You can rearrange fields, and hide fields that you don't use.
You can record measurements from both sides of your body (for example your right bicep and your left one), and track them separately or the average value.
You do not have to enter both sides if you want to track only one side.
Tap the History button to see your progress
Select a year, then tap on a month to see all logged measurements for this month.
Switch between the left and the right side, or see the average value.
